60 Hickory Drive, a 54,000 square foot building built in the early 1960s was an especially well located site improved by an obsolete, almost window-less office building with a commanding presence overlooking the highway. King Street oversaw a complete renovation involving demolition of the exterior and reconstruction with modern materials. $5.0 million was spent. The results are a spectacular new Class A office building which now has an exciting new anchor tenant: Virgin Money.
