At 335 Bear Hill Road, King Street was able to convert old R&D space into a new state-of-the-art facility for Village Fertility Pharmacy. This new facility includes executive office space, a call center, a fulfillment area and clean room for compounding fertility drugs. King Street worked closely with Village Fertility Pharmacy to develop the proper design and flow of materials within the premises in order to maximize productivity for the company. This 12,800 square foot unit of space was completely gutted and rebuilt within a 16-week timeframe, including the installation of all new mechanical systems, an upgrade of the electrical service, new fire protection system, and a new entryway. King Street was able to double the rent received on this space by modifying the building to meet the demands of this lab user.
